Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Fin-Tek Ozone . This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping area. We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Processing time. In-stock items ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. Items not in stock will be confirmed with an estimated lead time by email.

Delivery. Orders ship via DHL, UPS, FedEx. Typical transit time is 2–5 business days. A tracking number is sent by email when your order ships.

Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Hazardous materials. Some products, such as UV lamps, contain mercury and may be subject to carrier restrictions. These items ship by ground service only and may require additional handling time.

Damaged shipments. Please inspect your package on delivery and report any damage within 7 days, as described in our Refund Policy.
